Description
The City of Richland is soliciting bids for one new medium-voltage 15 kV metalclad switchgear assembly housed in an aisle-way enclosure. The assembly must include draw-out power circuit breakers, non-draw-out transfer switches, buses, relaying, metering, current and potential transformers, environmental controls, lighting, fire detection, accessories, and related equipment in accordance with the detailed material specifications. The scope includes delivery FOB destination to either the Sandhill Crane Substation or the City warehouse yard, offloading, factory testing, documentation, a manufacturer’s representative for field installation assistance, and a five-year warranty. Bidders must provide technical descriptions, drawings, technical data, bills of materials, testing information, delivery schedules, warranty information, and experience documentation. The bid requires evidence of at least 30 similar units manufactured within the last 10 years, a letter of commitment from an approved surety, and electronic submission through the designated procurement portal.
