Description
Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is soliciting proposals for an RFID tracking solution to support inmate observations, cell checks, scheduled tasks, employee activity management, real-time monitoring, alerts, transparency, accountability, efficiency, and error reduction. The solution must integrate with the existing CentralSquare Jail Management system and serve a facility with approximately 430 inmates and 197 employees. Proposals should address 75–100 location tags, 40–50 handheld devices, charging stations capable of charging more than 35 devices simultaneously, 1,000 initial wristband inserts, configuration and deployment, platform usage and information retention, warranty options, employee activation and deactivation, licensing, recurring fees, upgrades, insurance options, initial and ongoing training, technical support, and other available features and fees. A three-year initial term with warranty and three- to five-year warranty options is preferred. Evaluation will consider integration and training, product capabilities, cost and warranty options, and upgrade options and support.
