Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is conducting market research to identify potential sources for drydock repairs to the USCGC REEF SHARK (WPB 87371). The vessel is homeported in Auke Bay, AK, and all work will be performed at the contractor's facility. The scope of work includes hull plating, ultrasonic testing, tank cleaning and inspection, exterior deck preservation, mast preservation, engine realignment, propulsion shaft bearing renewal, propeller renewal, electrical power distribution system inspection, ventilation system maintenance, rudder renewal, piping cleaning, anode renewal, and sea trial support.
