Description
This two-phase Request for Qualifications seeks contractors for marine construction work at Chance Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador. The scope includes demolition and removal of the existing floating dock support crib, fencing, walking bridge, and marginal wharf; construction of new floating dock approach cribbing; supply and installation of a new gangway; and upland work involving granular materials and riprap. Phase 1 evaluates qualifications and experience only. Offerors must demonstrate relevant marine construction experience through two reference projects completed within the previous seven years and provide proof of active, good-standing registration with WorkplaceNL. Qualified offerors will be invited to Phase 2 to submit financial bids based on the project specifications and drawings. The work must be completed within 16 weeks after contract award.
