Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks a service provider to design and implement an accelerator program for 25 SMEs and cooperatives in Jordan's olive-oil value chain. The work includes needs and sustainability assessments; baseline profiling and gap analysis; accelerator curriculum and materials; recruitment of at least four trainers, mentors, or technical experts; at least 12 training and mentorship sessions; one-on-one coaching and advisory support; sustainability, traceability, innovation, and operational-efficiency assistance; and stakeholder and market linkages. The provider must also support business-model development, bankable growth plans, funding strategies, investor-ready pitch decks, mock pitching, an investment-ready pipeline, two investment-readiness workshops, and a pitching event. Required deliverables include an inception report and work plan, assessment report, accelerator design and preparation package, program delivery, 25 business growth plans, monitoring and learning outputs, and a consolidated final report. The assignment has an overall five-month duration, with the intensive accelerator component delivered over three months, and the provider is responsible for program logistics, venues, materials, meals, transportation stipends, and related costs.
