Description
Coldwater Community Schools is soliciting a complete, turnkey upgrade of the Coldwater High School gymnasium audio system. The scope includes replacement and removal of existing loudspeakers; replacement of main control and amplification equipment; system design, equipment furnishing, programming, installation, testing, commissioning, and initial setup; on-site training; one year of telephone support; and a one-year parts-and-labor warranty. Existing equipment cabinets and loudspeaker cabling are to be preserved and reused where technically appropriate, subject to verification. The proposal must include a complete equipment list and specifications, system design and installation methodology, project schedule, warranty/training/support information, references, required certifications and affidavits, and completed solicitation forms. The selected contractor must provide all labor, materials, freight, permits, inspections, programming, removal and disposal, and incidental work necessary for a complete operational system.
