Description
The State of Wyoming is soliciting stand-alone bids for Category 1 wide-area network services and Internet access/data transmission for two educational circuit locations. Services must connect each location in a spoke-and-hub configuration to a district hub or the State Unified Network Core, support Ethernet, and be offered at 10 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 10 Gbps capacities. Proposed services must support IP Layer 3 or Ethernet Layer 2 over 802.1Q VLANs, tagged and untagged frames, frame sizes up to 1,522 bytes without fragmentation, at least 10,000 unique MAC addresses per A-end location, and the specified Ethernet handoff standards. Bids must include all service costs, provide unit pricing, include the bidder's valid E-Rate SPIN, and comply with the E-Rate Bid Narrative, FCC registration, Secure and Trusted Communications Network Act requirements, and applicable billing and record-retention obligations. The State may renew existing circuits, procure new circuits, or choose neither based on the bids received.
