Description
Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC, the management and operating contractor for Idaho National Laboratory, is seeking an expression of interest from qualified small businesses authorized by IBM to renew support for the laboratory’s IBM Elastic Storage System and IBM Storage Scale System supporting its high-performance computing environment. The scope includes hardware warranty, repair and technical support, software maintenance, media retention, and continuous support entitlements for the listed systems. Hardware coverage includes Advanced Support and on-site repair with next-business-day, 9x5 service; software coverage includes media retention and normal-business-hours support where specified. Respondents must provide company and contact details, a description of their software products and solutions, relevant experience, evidence of authorization to procure the specified IBM services, NAICS codes and business-size classification, and active SAM.gov registration status. Small businesses must also provide pricing for the base coverage period and two option years, with annual payments; quotes must remain valid for at least 30 days. The notice is an expression of interest and may inform a later formal RFP.
