Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting a disk drive unit matching the specified reference designs (CAGE 7Y193, part H346649-8, and CAGE 0ZQ52, part AP-FD25C23E0256GS-5TM). Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered; non-manufacturers must submit a company-letterhead authorization from the OEM with their offer. The offer must include firm unit and total prices and procurement turnaround time. If the item has not previously been purchased by NAVSUP WSS or pricing has increased, the offer must also include the applicable similar or previous NSN, prior sales invoice if available, and pricing rationale when pricing is not consistent with historical pricing. The item is for manufacture and must meet the stated quality-system, inspection, marking, and packaging requirements, including ISO 9001 (with an allowed alternative for suppliers maintaining MIL-I-45208), government source inspection, and applicable MIL-STD packaging provisions. The material must be free of metallic mercury and mercury contamination. Accelerated delivery is encouraged at no additional cost; freight is FOB origin.
