Description
CERFO seeks a high-performance NAS solution to support approximately 140 TB of active and reference research data. The solution must support SMB, NFS, and S3-compatible protocols; concurrent access from Windows workstations and Linux servers; redundant availability; integration with Active Directory and existing network, monitoring, and backup environments; and backup, replication, and future cloud-archiving capabilities. All equipment and accessories must be new. The supplier must provide the equipment, components, software, licenses, and accessories, and deliver, physically install, configure, integrate, test, and commission the solution. The scope also includes technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support. Data migration from the existing storage system is expressly excluded. The solicitation invites, but does not require, an in-kind contribution of 15%–20% of the offer value; proposed contributions are evaluated.
