Description
Ovid Public Library is requesting quotations for Category 1 Internet access and data transmission services. The requested solution includes a minimum 250/25 Mbps Internet connection, at least one static IP address, domain name registration, and itemized ISP-owned equipment required for connectivity at the library. The Form 470 lists a service capacity range of 200 Mbps to 1 Gbps and indicates that installation and initial configuration are required. The proposal must be firm fixed price and clearly itemize eligible and non-eligible products and services. Bidders must provide, if possible, a 99.97% uptime guarantee, 24/7 service with a maximum four-hour response time, proof of workers' compensation coverage, and proof of a $2 million liability insurance umbrella. Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN, an active SAM.gov registration, and the required 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file by September 1, 2027. The library may select more than one provider, may consider multi-year contracts, and will evaluate price, prior experience, understanding of needs, personnel qualifications, completeness, and implementation capability.
