Description

San Dieguito Union High School District is seeking network switches and related components through its E-Rate program. The estimated requirements include 125 switches and necessary software and licenses, 348 antennas, connectors, and related components, and 1,400 feet of cabling, including power cords and network cables. Equivalent manufacturers and part numbers may be proposed, but vendors must provide supporting documentation demonstrating functional equivalency when offering alternatives. Installation services are not requested. Proposals must identify E-Rate-eligible and ineligible costs, include delivery fees and applicable taxes, provide manufacturer and model information, and address the vendor's financial soundness, school-district and E-Rate experience, ability to add equipment, authorized-channel-partner status, product origin, and applicable software licensing. The selected vendor is expected to provide a one-year initial contract term with two possible one-year extensions, subject to mutual agreement and E-Rate funding.
