Description
Home Township Library is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Funding Year 2027 services. The scope includes Category 1 internet access and data transmission with capacity from 300 Mbps to 1 Gbps, at least one static IP address, domain name registration, 24/7 service with a maximum four-hour response time, and itemization of provider-owned connectivity equipment and eligible components. A 99.97% uptime guarantee is requested if available, along with web-based statistical analysis access and end-to-end maintenance for equipment used to deliver the services. The Category 2 scope includes approximately one WatchGuard or equivalent firewall, including installation, configuration, and maintenance, plus necessary software and licenses. Vendors must itemize non-USF-eligible products and services separately, provide firm fixed pricing, maintain an E-rate SPIN, and comply with the stated E-rate requirements. The solicitation requests proof of workers' compensation insurance and, upon award, proof of a $2 million liability insurance umbrella. Multi-year contracts may be considered, and the library may select more than one provider for a service type.
