Description
Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University is requesting quotations for an integrated e-recruitment system covering the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including vacancy requisition and approvals, job and advertisement management, online applications, applicant screening, shortlisting, interview and selection management, reference and background checks, appointment workflows, candidate communications, dashboards, reporting, audit trails, and configurable notifications and escalations. The selected service provider must supply and configure the solution, integrate it with relevant university systems and Microsoft identity and collaboration services, migrate existing recruitment data, conduct testing and user acceptance activities, provide training and change-management support, and deliver post-implementation support and maintenance. Proposals must address the technical architecture, implementation methodology, project team, relevant experience and references, information security and POPIA compliance, data migration, service levels, support model, licensing, and three-year pricing schedule. The implementation period will be agreed with the successful provider; the required service period is 36 months.
