Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a supplier to provide and deliver furniture and related items for the Special Protection Unit in Malakal, Upper Nile State. Required goods include wooden office tables and chairs, visitor and counter chairs, executive furniture, lockable metal cabinets, metallic beds, mattresses, mosquito nets, bed covers, bed sheets, and hardwood prisoner benches. The scope also includes delivery under DAP Malakal, air freight and internal transport to and from the airport, installation at the site, and compliance with technical requirements. Bidders must provide product documentation or brochures, a delivery plan, transport details, and evidence of at least two recent contracts with client contact information. A valid company registration certificate and proof of local presence or a showroom in Juba are required; UNDP will conduct a physical site visit for verification. The award will be made to the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer through the supplier portal.
