Sante Quebec Mauricie-et-Centre-du-Quebec – Universitaire is seeking a single supplier to provide blood culture analyzers for all of its laboratories. The proposed solution must connect to the laboratory information system, continuously monitor blood culture media, and automatically enter results into patient records through that system. The supplier will be responsible for the complete solution, including equipment, accessories, consumables, and services. The equipment portion has a firm three-year term. The consumables and service portions have a 10-year term, including three optional one-year extensions. Pricing will be evaluated using the lowest adjusted price based on a 30% K parameter. The price schedule and contract specifications must be completed electronically using the designated Excel workbooks; other required annexes must be completed by hand or using PDF-writing software, and Word documents will not be provided.
