Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Côte d’Ivoire is seeking a supplier to provide 30 new white reception tents and 2,000 new Malaga-type stackable chairs for delivery to San-Pédro. The tents must accommodate at least 100 seated people, be approximately 10 by 15 meters or equivalent, and include waterproof PVC fabric, UV and fire treatment, galvanized steel structures, reinforced supports, anchoring, and side-opening capability. The chairs must have integrated armrests, galvanized corrosion-resistant steel frames, reinforced plastic or polypropylene seats and backs, protective foot pads, a minimum 120-kilogram load capacity, and resistance to UV exposure and weather. The supplier must provide product technical sheets, actual product photographs or a catalog, written confirmation of compliance, a signed and stamped warranty declaration, and a signed and stamped after-sales service commitment. Delivery is required within two weeks after receipt of the purchase order, with a minimum 12-month warranty and specified repair or replacement support. The procurement is reserved for companies based in Côte d’Ivoire, and the lowest-priced fully compliant offer will be evaluated for a purchase order.
