The City of Panama City Beach Police Department is soliciting qualified ATF-licensed firearms dealers to purchase and dispose of surplus firearms and trade in 40 DPMS AR-15 rifles, 24 Glock 17 pistols, and four Glock 47 pistols. The entire surplus lot must be accepted as-is, where-is, and the winning dealer must handle pickup and comply with applicable federal and Florida firearms laws. The dealer must provide 30 Glock 45 MOS7 pistols with Aimpoint ACRO reflex sights, Safariland 6360RDS holsters, and Streamlight TLR-7X lights. The remaining trade-in credit will be used to purchase as many Springfield Saint Victor V2 11.5-inch 5.56mm AR-15 Firstline SBR rifles as possible, with Blue Force Gear slings, Streamlight Pro Tac 1L-x lights, and Sig Sauer ROMEO5 GEN II and JULIET3-Micro combo kits. Bidders must submit pricing, delivery and collection lead times, a current Federal Firearms License, proof of ATF good standing, and the required bid forms and certifications.
