Description
Tennessee State Parks is procuring a unified golf course management system for nine courses. The required platform must support online tee-time scheduling, dynamic tee-sheet pricing and revenue management, golf point of sale, retail and food-and-beverage sales, merchandise and consumable inventory management, customer accounts and loyalty features, reporting and analytics, mobile point of sale, employee permissions, transaction tracking, no-show reporting, and centralized management across all locations. The solution must integrate with Maestro Hospitality Systems, Noteefy, Yellow Dog Inventory, the State's merchant-services and gift-card processors, and other third-party applications. The contractor must provide and deploy compatible POS hardware, implementation, configuration, data migration, testing, training, documentation, technical support, maintenance, security controls, and ongoing system availability. The estimated maximum liability for the initial 60-month term is $450,000; the contract may include up to five 12-month renewal options, with a maximum total term of 120 months.
