Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a supplier for 18 varieties of subtropical planting material, comprising persimmon, pomegranate, fig, kiwi, and olive plants. Quantities total 1,230 plants, with specified minimum ages and heights by variety; plants must have protected, healthy root systems, be free from pests and damage, and include documentation confirming varietal authenticity, biological category, and phytosanitary status. Alternatives may be proposed for up to three varieties if they belong to the same species and have comparable biological characteristics. The supplier must provide delivery, unloading, placement, packing, transport, and applicable customs clearance under DDP terms within 60 days after contract signature. Transport must use closed, clean, ventilated vehicles and protect the plants from environmental damage; delivery and acceptance are subject to joint inspection. The quotation package must include the completed quotation submission form, technical and financial offer, technical responsiveness table, company and legal documentation, relevant experience and references, quality and origin documentation, delivery and transport information, and any applicable licenses or environmental certifications.
