Description
The school is seeking managed internal broadband services to maintain existing equipment: two Ubiquiti UniFi Switch 16 150W network switches, one Ubiquiti UniFi Security Gateway, and ten Ubiquiti NanoStation M point-to-multipoint wireless devices. Comparable or equivalent brands may be considered. Bids must include the vendor’s SPIN and offer the Lowest Corresponding Price. The applicant may consider multi-year contracts with voluntary extensions or month-to-month arrangements; any voluntary extensions must specify their number and duration. Long-term contract language must address discontinuation of E-rate funding, and the applicant wants the ability to add or remove services as business needs change.
