Description
The City of Hazlehurst is soliciting sealed bids for approximately 0.64 miles of asphalt resurfacing. The work includes approximately 880 tons of 9.5mm Superpave, 554 tons of OGI leveling, 1.28 lane miles of high-build striping, and all appurtenances necessary for a complete project. The project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed. Bids must be submitted on the furnished Bid Proposal Forms and accompanied by a 10% bidder's bond. The successful bidder must furnish payment and performance bonds and insurance certificates.
