Description
The buyer is seeking proposals from a single provider to establish a strategic agreement for blood culture analyzers, associated consumables, and pre- and post-analytical automation solutions. The solution must support provincial standardization, routine and surge blood culture testing, and clinical performance requirements while being cost-effective, scalable, and sustainable. The scope covers two provincial hub laboratories and five regional laboratories operated by Alberta Precision Laboratories. The submission requires several buyer-provided forms and workbooks, including proponent information and references, mandatory requirements, financial requirements and response materials, a proponent declaration, a conflict-of-interest declaration, and a Blood Culture Questionnaire response template. The financial response workbook and Blood Culture Questionnaire must be submitted in Excel format.
