The Housing Authority of the City of Albany, Georgia, seeks qualifications from civil engineering firms for acquisition due diligence and preliminary land planning for approximately 55.27 acres intended for mixed-use development. The selected prime consultant will manage the required technical disciplines, including surveying, environmental assessments, geotechnical investigations, wetlands and floodplain evaluation, utilities, drainage, access, zoning, preliminary development planning, cost estimates, and technical closing support. Qualified subconsultants are permitted. Selection will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, proposed personnel, approach, availability, and past performance, followed by negotiation of scope and compensation. Pricing should not be included with the qualifications submission.
