Description
The Ministry of Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS), Employment Services Branch, is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to deliver a combination of Career Employment Information Services (CEIS) elements in the Edmonton Metropolitan Area. These services include Resource Centre, Workforce Development Services, and Employer Services, intended to support Indigenous Job Seekers (First Nations, Metis, and Inuit) who face multiple and complex barriers to employment. The successful proponent will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, client-centred supports that assist individuals in preparing for, securing, and sustaining meaningful employment. Proponents must demonstrate experience in delivering culturally responsive programming for Indigenous populations and expertise in supporting individuals with diverse employment challenges. Service delivery should reflect a holistic, wraparound approach incorporating barrier-reduction strategies, strong employer engagement, and access to Resource Centre supports. One contract will be awarded. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the closing date.
