Description
The Pan American Health Organization is seeking corporate and ergonomic furniture for the Superintendence of Epidemiological and Sanitary Surveillance in São Luís, Maranhão. The requested goods include double rectangular workstations, a rectangular meeting table, suspended industrial-style cabinets, multifunctional vertical cabinets, ergonomic executive chairs, and slim swivel office chairs without arms. The technical reference specifies dimensions, MDF and metal construction, finishes, cable-management features, ergonomic adjustments, load capacities, and applicable Brazilian ergonomic and furniture standards. The scope includes supply, delivery, complete assembly, required on-site safety fixation where specified, and technical warranty support throughout the contract term. Warranty service must be performed on site by qualified technicians without additional cost, with defined response, repair, and replacement deadlines. The proposal must provide a complete and detailed description of the services, include the total price in the designated system field, and include warranty, tax, and fee costs where applicable.
