Description
The City University of New York is seeking approval to extend Contract C252607 for Huron Consulting Services, LLC to continue process improvement and optimization of the CUNYBuy e-procurement solution in the Jaggaer platform. The extension is requested because the project was not completed as scheduled due to conflicting Workday implementation priorities and limited resources. This is a notice of sole source or procurement exemption from advertising, not an open competitive solicitation. The original contract was approved for an 18-month service period from April 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with a not-to-exceed amount of $450,000. The requested extension changes the contract end date to December 31, 2027.
