Description
The Town of Vermilion is requesting price proposals from qualified audiovisual contractors for a complete video projection system upgrade at the Vermilion Regional Centre. The scope includes supplying, installing, configuring, testing, commissioning, and providing training for four commercial laser projectors, four motorized 200-inch diagonal 16:9 projection screens, projector mounting assemblies, control and input systems, signal distribution, cabling, accessories, and integration with existing facilities. The contractor must provide all labor, travel, equipment, and documentation necessary to deliver a complete operational system. The estimated contract period is one month, with a proposed start date of November 9, 2026.
