Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing a Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) to establish a pool of qualified suppliers for remediation construction services at contaminated sites in remote locations across Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon Territory. The RFSA is an ongoing opportunity for qualification, allowing suppliers to submit responses at their convenience, with evaluations upon receipt. Successful suppliers will be issued supply arrangements and may be selectively tendered future Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for specific projects. There is no maximum number of supply arrangements that may be issued. The estimated contract period is 133 months, with a proposed start date of April 24, 2019. The procurement is subject to various trade agreements, including the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the WTO GPA. The solicitation is available on SAP Business Network, and interested suppliers must register and submit their responses through that platform.
