Description
The Ouachita Parish Police Jury is soliciting bids for assorted sign blanks, steel sign posts, galvanized street marker posts, caps, and sign cross-piece brackets. Sign blanks must meet specified aluminum alloy, thickness, hole, and edge-finish requirements; steel posts must meet specified weight, hole-spacing, and paint requirements. Street marker posts must be tubular galvanized steel of the specified gauge. The bid covers estimated quantities, with payment based on actual quantities delivered during the bid period. Prices must be net delivered to a designated point within Ouachita Parish, and deliveries require 24 hours' advance notice and a flatbed truck. The bid period is January 1 through June 30, 2027; the contract may be renewed for one additional six-month period by mutual agreement.
