The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Fleet Management has a requirement to acquire contractor support for vehicle auction and marshalling services or marshalling only services for Government vehicles in the Bismark, ND area. Auction and marshalling site tasks include advising on disposition strategy, performing vehicle inspections, providing recommendations on vehicle repairs and pricing, creating and executing marketing plans, performing electronic inventory management, supporting the creation and management of vehicle disposition documentation, conducting bidder/buyer management, facilitating payment collection, storing and remarketing electric vehicles, transporting vehicles, preparing vehicles for public inspection and final sales, offering industry-aligned services for customer test drives, ensuring the security, storage, and release of vehicles, and working with local government entities to facilitate transactions. Marshalling only site tasks include transporting vehicles, inspecting vehicles upon delivery, performing telematics device installation and/or activation, validating new vehicles and options, performing pre-delivery inspections, preparing new vehicles for customer receipt, providing driver education, offering specialized expertise and support on Electric Vehicle management, charging battery-powered vehicles, maintaining vehicle fuel and charge levels, performing custodial and sales preparation services, processing and managing vehicle shipment and delivery documentation, managing scheduled vehicle appointments, performing tasks associated with confirming vehicle assignment and termination, providing customer service, fulfilling proper disposal of old/expired plates, and scaling charging capabilities.
