Description
The U.S. Government is establishing a multiple-award, decentralized Blanket Purchase Agreement for commercial gym membership services and fitness facility access for eligible government personnel throughout Australia. Vendors may offer coverage for selected cities, neighborhoods, or franchise locations rather than the entire country. Required service areas include the Australian Capital Territory and the states and territories of New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia, and Victoria, with anticipated locations including Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Alice Springs, Perth, Melbourne, Cairns, and Adelaide. Offerors must provide firm-fixed prices for month-to-month, three-month, and twelve-month memberships, including preferred transferable membership slots and standard individual memberships, with single-facility or multi-facility/all-access options where applicable. Facilities must provide commercial fitness equipment, functional training space, daily cleaning and sanitation, equipment maintenance, climate control, and compliance with Australian work health and safety requirements. The Government prefers transferable memberships that can be reassigned without additional fees. A completed and signed BPA Price List is required; no separate technical proposal is required. The BPA has no guaranteed orders or minimum value, and its cumulative administrative ceiling is $2,500,000.
