Description
The New Jersey Department of Children and Families, Division of Child Protection and Permanency, is seeking qualified vendors to provide household furnishings, bedding, appliances, child-safety products, and related equipment on an as-needed basis. Vendors may propose all or any number of the listed Priority 1 and Priority 2 items, including beds, mattresses, cribs, car seats, strollers, safety products, refrigerators, microwaves, furniture, stoves, washers, dryers, heaters, and related miscellaneous equipment. The scope includes itemized pricing with manufacturer, brand, model, item number, warranty period, and delivery/set-up pricing. Products must be new, meet applicable safety and warranty standards, and appliances should have Energy Star ratings where applicable. Vendors must deliver and assemble or set up items at residential locations within 24 hours of requisition. Prices remain fixed during the contract term, which is up to three years, and purchases will be made on a fee-for-service basis through local offices. The response requires three separate PDF submissions, including performance and staffing deliverables, organizational documentation, and supporting documents such as price quotes, warranty policies, return and replacement policies, and a signed furniture quality and conformity attestation.
