Energy Northwest is inviting bids from qualified contractors to construct an industrial development complex landfill cover at Columbia Generating Station. The procurement is an Invitation for Bid subject to Washington prevailing-wage requirements under chapter 39.12 RCW and the applicable state procurement statute.
