Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential sources capable of maintaining two Nanosonics Trophon 2 units. The anticipated service scope includes annual preventive maintenance, 5,000-cycle major service, corrective repairs, original-manufacturer replacement parts, hardware and software updates, remote technical support, and loaner equipment with transportation when depot service is needed. On-site service is required at the facility, with an on-site response within 24 hours of a service request during normal coverage hours. This is a sources-sought notice for market research, not a solicitation or request for proposal; no award will be made based on responses. Respondents are asked to provide company and point-of-contact details, business size and socioeconomic status, and answers to the stated capability and supply-chain questions. Capability statements and relevant experience are encouraged. The anticipated contract structure is a 12-month base term with four possible option years.
