Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires turnkey rehabilitation work at the Arkabutla Lake water plant to protect a recently installed well. Work includes abandoning the old well; installing plumbing components, a chemical pump, and an air compressor; and sandblasting and recoating the tank. The contractor must also supply and install one 30-by-50-foot prefabricated metal building with specified doors, insulation, gutters, and engineered drawings, and install the specified electrical panels, controls, lighting, outlets, and related connections. The contractor is responsible for labor, equipment, materials, transportation, delivery, installation, and debris removal. The work must be completed within 120 days after award. The solicitation requires a bidding schedule with the quote; quotes are submitted by email. The building and associated work carry a one-year limited warranty from delivery.
