Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks capability information from vendors that may be able to provide integrated solid waste collection, recycling, transportation, and disposal services for a military installation. The anticipated work includes scheduled and on-call refuse, food-waste, ash, lime, and construction-and-demolition debris collection; recycling collection and processing; container provision and maintenance; off-base transport and disposal; and monthly tonnage, weight-ticket, tipping-fee, and recycling-revenue reports. Vendors are asked to describe their business size and socioeconomic status, operational capacity, relevant experience, and any teaming arrangements, including the division of work between the prime and partners. This is market research only, not a solicitation, and no contract award will result from this notice. The Government is assessing potential sources and acquisition strategy, including whether a future procurement may be set aside for small businesses. The attached performance work statement describes the anticipated scope; it also identifies a Montana Class D motor carrier certificate and applicable vehicle licenses as contractor qualifications.
