Master Standing Agreements for Mobility Devices and Durable Medical Equipment

Description
The Province of British Columbia is seeking responses to establish Master Standing Agreements (MSAs) for the supply of mobility devices and durable medical equipment, as well as associated services. Mobility devices include powered and manual wheelchairs, power scooters, and commercial wheelchair seating systems. Durable medical equipment encompasses hospital beds, pressure relief mattresses, lifting devices, bathroom aids, alternate positioning devices, ambulatory aids, therapy equipment, specialized pediatric car seats and strollers, and aids for daily living. Associated services include sales, rentals, servicing, training, demonstrations, trials, repairs, and maintenance. The MSAs are anticipated to begin on June 29, 2025, and will cover all regions of British Columbia. Contractors will be expected to deliver goods, conduct trials, install equipment, provide demonstrations and training, and perform maintenance and repairs.
