Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management, is soliciting bids for the plugging and plating of orphan wells. This project involves mobilization, site access development, drilling or cleaning out of and plugging of one orphan well (George King #1), disposal of all generated materials, decommissioning of equipment, and restoration of disturbed areas. Contractors must be active on CSP900922 contract (DAS Index No. MAC110) and attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. The project is federally funded, requiring compliance with additional federal funding stipulations, including Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who meets all specified requirements.
