Description
The City of Bakersfield is seeking bids for new Motorola radios and accessories identified by specified brand and number; substitutions will not be considered. Bidders must be authorized Motorola resellers or partners and may be required to provide an OEM letter on OEM letterhead confirming authorization. All offered equipment must be OEM, new, and not refurbished, used, recycled, or grey-market products. Quantities are approximate and based on prior usage; the City does not guarantee minimum or maximum purchases. Pricing must exclude the stated 8.25% sales tax and include shipping or delivery charges for inside delivery. The estimated bid value is $13,668.00, and delivery is required to the City's specified delivery location, which lacks a loading dock and forklift.
