Description
Natural Resources Canada is seeking a contractor to provide all labour, cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment for janitorial services at the Petawawa Research Forest Main Office and Silviculture Building. The scope includes weekly cleaning of offices, conference rooms, washrooms, kitchens, hallways, a fax room, a dry lab, and related areas; seasonal weekly cleaning of the Silviculture Building; annual cleaning of office ducts; annual floor waxing; and up to five special-occasion cleanings per year. Services must be performed during the specified weekday hours, using scent-free and environmentally friendly cleaning products. The contractor must provide current Safety Data Sheets, comply with site health and safety requirements, and maintain required security clearances, including a Designated Organization Screening and Reliability Status for personnel requiring access. The contract has an initial one-year term with two additional one-year option periods, and award will be based on the lowest evaluated price among offers meeting the mandatory technical criteria.
