Description
The Greenbush Purchasing Cooperative is seeking qualified vendor partners to provide safety and security products, equipment, technology, software, and related services to eligible schools, governmental entities, nonprofit organizations, and other participating agencies. Scope areas include video surveillance, access control, intrusion and threat detection, panic and emergency notification, visitor management, physical security, fire and security integration, low-voltage infrastructure, vehicle and mobile security, security assessments, and cloud or subscription-based solutions. Related services may include assessment, consulting, design and engineering, installation, integration, programming, configuration, commissioning, training, maintenance, repair, monitoring, technical support, and emergency response. Vendors may propose one or more categories and are not required to offer the entire scope. The solicitation will establish one or more nonexclusive, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity cooperative contracts with no guaranteed purchase volume. Proposals must include the completed technical questionnaire, signature forms, pricing workbook, and required exhibits and supporting pricing documentation.
