Description
The Ohio Fire Academy seeks a qualified general contractor to manage and oversee the purchase, removal, installation, and quality assurance of new dormitory furniture, bedding components, and in-room technology upgrades across 36 dual-occupancy dormitory rooms. The work must comply with current Ohio Fire Academy standards and Division of State Fire Marshal requirements, and the contractor is responsible for obtaining and paying for required licenses, permits, and inspection fees. The solicitation is an MBE set-aside; only bidders with active MBE certification when the solicitation closes may submit a response. Proposals must include the completed Affirmation and Disclosure Form and Offeror Profile Form. Attendance at the mandatory site visit is required for proposal consideration.
