Description
Public Health Command-Europe (PHC-E) requires comprehensive occupational health services for approximately 9,000 local national employees across approximately 15 locations in Germany. The services will include preventive, scheduled occupational medical surveillance examinations and other special occupational medical evaluations. All services must comply with German federal and state laws, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Act relating to Company Doctors, Safety Engineers and other Occupational Safety Experts, and the Ordinance on Occupational Medical Care. The contractor must provide bilingual services and documentation in German and English, and maintain a network of examination facilities within a 60-kilometer driving distance of U.S. Army Garrisons. Personnel must be fully licensed to practice medicine in Germany and possess current specialization in Occupational Medicine or Workplace Medicine. The contract period of performance is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031.
