Description
The University of Calgary intends to purchase an expansion of its existing Mizer high-density mobile storage system for the Faculty of Science. The requested components include mobile and stationary carriages, an L-Track and deck system, and a Z-line shelving system. The expansion must be compatible with the existing installation so it can be integrated without modifying the current system, allowing new carriages to operate on existing tracks and existing carriages to be relocated onto new tracks. The notice identifies McLennan & Company as the sole manufacturer of the Mizer system and states that it is the only known system meeting the compatibility and interoperability requirements.
