Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one package of 500 sterilization envelopes, flat 3-by-8-inch plastic, single-wall, cohesive, with indicators for steam and gas sterilization. Each envelope must have a 60-month shelf life, with no more than nine months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. The supplier must provide commercial packaging suitable for safe shipment, comply with applicable DLA packaging and medical marking requirements, and mark containers with the lot or control number and date of manufacture. Delivery is FOB destination to the specified military vessel address, with delivery required within 20 days after order and a quantity variance of plus or minus zero percent. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
