Description
The Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Criminal Investigations, is requesting proposals for the build-out and equipment installation on two new Ford F-550 4x4 Super Cab Chassis. These vehicles will be equipped as non-walk-in investigation support units to enhance emergency response capabilities. The scope of work includes the purchase and installation of various components as detailed in the Statement of Work, ensuring all equipment meets or exceeds national safety and emergency response standards. The contractor will be responsible for all labor and materials, including the refurbishment of existing units and their reinstallation onto the new chassis. The installation must be completed within 120 days of vehicle receipt, with financial consequences for delays.
