Description
Luther Area Public Library is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 1 Internet access and data transmission services with a minimum capacity of 50 Mbps and a maximum capacity of 500 Mbps. The requested solution includes installation and initial configuration, domain name registration, at least one static IP address, a 99.97% uptime guarantee if available, and 24/7 service response within four hours. Respondents must itemize all components, including provider-owned connectivity equipment, web-based statistical analysis access, and end-to-end maintenance. Bidders must have an E-rate SPIN and comply with applicable Universal Service Fund requirements. Non-eligible services must be separately identified. The library requests proof of workers' compensation insurance and, upon award, proof of a $2 million liability insurance umbrella. Multi-year contracts may be considered, and the library may select more than one provider.
