The University of Washington (UW), through UW Facilities, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced contractors for its Critical Patient Care Roster (CPCR), established under RCW 28B.20.744. The roster will be used to award contracts for construction, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair, or improvements at UW Medical Center (Montlake and Northwest campuses), Harborview Medical Center, and similar UW facilities. Projects are defined as those with an estimated construction cost of $5,000,000 or less and are located within existing, in-use, and occupied areas of medical facilities. The CPCR includes two groups: Group A for projects containing life-critical elements (e.g., oncology suites, operating rooms) and Group B for all other work inside critical care and lab areas. Contractors must demonstrate experience with infection disease control, patient confidentiality, specialized equipment, and high standards for safety and cleanliness. The roster will expire on December 31, 2026.
