Description
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals for expert professional real estate appraisal services. The services will be requested on a "call-in" basis over the period from 2023 through 2026. The selected firm will be responsible for providing timely and accurate appraisals as needed by PANYNJ. This includes appraisals for a variety of real estate types and purposes. The proposals should detail the firm's experience, qualifications, and approach to providing these services. The proposal should also specify the fees associated with the services provided and the availability of the appraisal team. PANYNJ anticipates that the successful bidder will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to deliver high-quality appraisal reports.
